I finished my two-pair-at-once project this weekend! I'm pleased with the results. The red/black Knit Picks Essential Tweed is buttery soft, and I think I'm going to like the Sockotta. I did the K-stitching Saturday night, and had to re-do one of the Sockotta socks because I goofed. (Note to self: Do not attempt Kitchener stitch whilst watching "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.")
In other news: One of my knitty pals gifted me with two balls of Fortissima Colori. I can't wait to get started on them. :-) And I broke down and spent some of my birthday $$ (thanks, Dad!) on a ball of Step yarn in Vulcan.
